I delivered two nice banjos while at Clifftop and recently added some pictures of them to my web site.
One of them was a special commission inspired by Richie Stern's Dobson. Based on detailed measurements and photos of his banjo, I made a fairly close reproduction, although I did take a few liberties here and there. I had no idea what it would end up sounding like since many of it's specs were very different than what I normally do but I was extremely happy with the end result. It ended up being very easy to play and had a tremendous range. Here are the specs:
11" pot, walnut neck and pot, thin (3/8") rim, 2 1/2" deep rim, dramatically angled (28 degrees) peghead, skin head, big-ass Waverly tailpiece, Dobson tone ring
One of the best things to come out of this project was the development of a thin (3/8") rim which I can now offer. I can't wait to try it out with a deeper rim and think it will have a much plunkyer sound as well as being lighter than my standard 1/2" rims.
The other banjo was also a little unusual in that it had a deeper than normal rim (3") which I really liked when combined with an 11" pot.

Yeah, Craig, I think you would have liked the Dobson - it had a very crisp sound with tons of projection.
