Alert the presses folks, I'm still here, alive and kicking to boot! :) Remember me? I'm the good looking Irishman who has zero talent but just loves the banjo! :)
Although I haven't posted here in a few months that doesn't mean that I haven't kept up my practicing or failed to continue to be inspired by all you "more advanced!) banjo pickers here on the BJO!! It's still a great community and still one of my favorite places to get a daily dose of inspiration to go along with the perspiration I feel whenever I try to master something new with my banjo!!

PS: My heartfelt prayers go out to any of you good folks who might have suffered, or are suffering from the tornadoes, floods and other terrible disasters that mother nature has wrought down this spring! Hang in there, God watches over us and, well, things will get better.

Hi Tom, good to see your post. And yes, we here in Michigan have been more fortunate than a lot of the folks in the midwest and along the Mississippi. Of course if it doesn't quit raining soon, we will be looking into plans for arks.

...and, what's up with these temperatures, Karen? On Saturday morning it was in the forties and today it is expected to reach 90 degrees!
Well, you know what they say about our weather here in Michigan, don't you? "Michigan weather; if you don't like it just wait ten minutes and it's bound to change!" :)

Welcome back Tom! Yep Friday it was 48 and today it's 92. Go figure. Life in Michigan I guess. LOL
