We drove in to Virginia Beach this weekend to visit son's family (spoil grandchildren!) and had a great time in spite of the cooler than normal weather and high winds. Love that seafood. During the 6 hour drive home I got a cell call aasking if I wanted to sit in on a kitchen jam in the afternoon....... That was a no-brainer.
Had a nice, relaxing three hours of singing and playing the banjo before finally getting home/unpacked and collapsing. All in all, a really fine way to spend the weekend.
