Since burning up the stage on Friday April 13th at Boston's Paradise Lounge, with new local favorites, The Old Silver Band, the Gordon Stone Band plans to join forces on Friday May 4th with moe. at NYC's newest venue, The Highline Ballroom (Located at 431 W 16th St New York, NY 10011 between 9th and 10th Ave).
The Grand Opening of the club is April 30th with Lou Reed, May 1st with Jonatha Brooke, and then 4 sold-out nights with moe. May 2-5 with special guests the Gordon Stone Band on May 4th at 8 PM.
In addition to the band's work, Stone has been working on a few projects with some talented folks this year - Al & the Transamericans (dates planned at The Electric Company, Summer Camp, and moe.down), Before Cowboys (Diane
Schnier's band) and Tony Trischka's Double Bluegrass Banjo Spectacular.
There is a lot more planned for this year so stay tuned!
