This week's effort, from Janet Davis' You Can Teach Yourself Banjo is at 9weeks of learning - it includes the partial D chord (page 46). The second to last bar in the the book doesn't look right to me - I played it TMTI MITM instead. Doesn't sound too good but here it is anyway; All comments/suggestions welcome as usual :-)

We went to look at banjos yesterday. I tried a $3000 Deering but preferred the sound of mine (so that's good!). It did however have a *very* low action which I liked. I'm going to fiddle with mine some more.
