Today was my birthday. I decided to brew a porter. I had fun doing it. I have decided to put some of my home roasted coffee in the secondary. I am very partial to a nice coffee porter!
I have been working on "Old Joe Clark" and am getting pretty happy with it! I guess I am going to have to record it, and share it with y'all!

Ahh, I loved brewing beer! I stopped because I couldn't drink 2 cases in before it went bad. Best of luck to you, and happy birthday!
