Happy New Year! With 2011 comes the release of the new Tranjo 6.1 and Tranjo 8.1 models. The modified design is now using Steinberger gearless tuners instead of the conventional guitar tuners on the old models. The Steinberger tuners are much smoother, more accurate, lock the strings firmly in place, and eliminate the need for rollers. You can now change heads without having to remove the strings. Pictures and more details are now posted at the Tranjo web site www.tranjo.com. Thanks!

Love my Tranjo 6.0 but would really like the Steinberger tuners to eliminate the "stiction" when tuning. Can you convert a 6.0 to a 6.1?
