Just a little list of places to source left handed banjos, which i've gathered in my searches.
www.banjo.ie - clareen banjos,tom cussen in galway, ireland, has no problem making left handed banjos. No extra charge
goldtone.com - they make lefty models. Extra charge
deering goodtime and other models come left handed.
Scott Philips - he's willing to build any of his models left handed. No extra charge
intermountain guitar and banjo co - they sometimes have lefty models in stock.

Patrick Heavner - has built left handed
JA Sloan banjos - Peter Sloan informed me he readily makes lefty models and does not charge extra.
