I'm needed to go sub-editing on Mon, Tues and Wed in Kingsbridge – It's about 14 miles from home, mainly on country roads, so I hope the snow I was 'cheering' about the other day is clear of the roads! At least if it's not too icy I'll be ok.

youll be fine mate just drive really really fast, and only scrape a hole on your windscreen about 4 inches square and youll be fine, or at least thats what most people seem to be doing today

Yes, you're right - went for a short walk earlier today - and the lunatics!! Small roads (as you know) ice and slush - driving upwards of 50mph, and can't be bothered to clear their car windows. Phew!

Pasty/Van Sounds hair-raising! I can't stand it! I think I'll drive with my eyes closed :)

And don't forget to save yourself from getting cold by leaning out of the window to clear your wind screen whilst driving at speed.
