Maybe it's because I'm new to CH, but every time I go to practice now, I find myself working on the Claw. It's gotten so bad that I'm actually scheduling days to keep my bluegrass skills fresh. I don't think I've regressed at all, but I'd like to keep making progress with both styles.
Either way, I love the CH style, and I've started working on a new song. It's pretty simple, and I've still got a way to go with it. It'll probably take me another year to finish it. Just need to keep going.

Best of luck Kevin! I'm a clawhammer fan as well! Great style and a wonderful skill to try to master!

Hey- it's all good! I've been playing both styles from the beginning.
