I swapped my Dad's Epiphone tenor to C C Richelieu in 1973 and have regretted it ever since.

Yeah, unfortunate that Dad needs to unload his collection. But I did come away with something out of it. I now own the Vox IV. It was a choice really. I couldn't do both.

I'm feeling better, now. At least you got the Vox. I did manage to save my Dad's Gibson A mandolin. I sold it in the 70's for $180, my sister's raised hell, so I bought it back for $300! Live and learn...
I'd love to own your Dad's B & D, but I'm trying to get rid of stuff.

Well....the Vega experiment is over. It is getting packed up and shipped off via UPS today. I should have chosen the Super. But I guess it took owning the Lincoln to learn (the hard way) that I truly am a Caddy kind of guy. It's not all bad though. I leveraged the Vox into my life long dream of having an all original, Groton built plectrum Serenader. Not as fancy as the Super, but it's the one I've wanted for over 35 years. I'm happy :)
