They keep us cool in summer and warm in winter but don't cut a live one.
Why do some people cut trees and put their home out in the sun?

I don't know. When we built our home we left all the Oak trees. Sure is nice shade. I noticed you have DP Hopkins Banjo. I have a LouZee Mahagony Standard and love it. Paul also gives me Banjo lessons. What an awesome picker!

I don't know, it's stupid, and with all this global warming junk the LEAST thing they could do is SAVE A TREE!
