I picked up the banjo last night after a week and a half of no playing, work has been too demanding but light is at the end of the tunnel.
I have a three finger version of Angeline the Baker up to perfection along with Cripple Creek but I am resisting the jam sessions. I hope to get over my jam stage fright, any suggestions?

Just do it! Nothing to fear but fear itself. That's about all the relevant platitudes I know for now. :-) Ain't nobody s'posed to make you do it. If you want it enough, you'll make it happen. Good luck at overcoming inertia.
