I'm so excited I get my new banjo this week! :o)
Now I need an instructor. I know there are a lot of good instructional videos, but its not the same.
Anyone know of a Banjo teacher in the Athens GA area?

You can search the members pages by putting Athens, GA in the city and state, check the "instruction" box, and then hitting "search". This will give you the people in Athens who say they are interested in instructing (not necessarily instructors). This may get you a little way on your search. You can also check local music stores. Good luck in your search.

I teach but I'm a little far from you....Marietta and Alpharetta.....try Buddy Blackmon, he is in Athens.
