Seems like whenever I go to the bank drive thru window to deposit a check or something simple, there's someone in front of me that takes forever. I mean, what the heck are they doing up there, applying for a home loan? C'mon ! Drive through's are supposed to be for saving time, not for checking up on your credit history or whetever they are doing. Maybe they are opening a checking account or something. The drive thru is not the place for this. I watch as they pass things back and forth to the teller inside. In goes a piece of paper, out comes a pen, in goes another piece of paper, out comes something else, in goes a drivers license, out comes a box, in goes a wallet, out comes an apple, in goes a bouquet of flowers, out comes a pair of panties....oh, wait, I guess I got carried away on my story. So, anyway, what the heck takes so long? Finally, after 10 minutes, they drive away and I pull up. I send in my signed check, a deposit slip and my license. 20 seconds later, out comes a receipt and I drive off. Why is that so hard to do?
