You know, I keep telling myself, men shouldn't be this complicated. And yet I don't think I've ever been so confused in my life.
I need a vacation or something.

Gee, every woman I've ever met said men were simple. Or, at least, that I was simple.
I don't think it is so much men as relationships. As soon as you put two people together to interact, there will be complications. With time and work, the complications do simplify.
It took Carol and I about 5 years to work through some major issues. Now, at nearly the 14 year mark, things are better but stuff still comes up. If it is worth working on, be patient and keep working.

I agrre that we are simple and the ladies are complicated. They cry when they are happy they cry when the are sad. I have three daughters a 17 yr old a 21 yr old and a 23 yr old. Add the wife for extra confusion and it basically makes me simple.
They think Im going deaf but I am getting real good at tuning them out.
I actually believe I can tune them faster than my banjo, (I knew I bought for a reason.

See, that's what I've been thinking. Men aren't complicated. If I add up two and two and get four, that should be the answer. If I listen to what he's saying and look at his actions, I should be able to figure out what he wants.
And yet somehow it's not working that way. And I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. Oh well.

I quit trying to figure out my bride years ago, now I have a 17 year old and 10 (almost 11)year old that I haven't been able to figure out since they were about 9. my wife I still don't but since I quit trying it seems easier to know what she wants or wants to do, those two girls, who knows, I feel sorry for the fellers that end up with either one. I'm aout the same everywhere I go
