I am almost 53. That the age that you give up on eating healthy, going to exercise classes and trying in vane to maintain a portion of your youth . That is what 52 was for. Luckily for my Grandson and me, I don't have an old fart attitude. I still like Hide-and-Seek, cartoons, throwing water balloons and playing in the sprinkler. Maybe the attitude is the only thing you can control, because you can't stop the aging process. One thing I am starting to get hooked on is a lighter banjo. Lately I have had a few chances to pull out the Meteor Banjo, and what a joy to play, It's light, and well balanced, and it rocks. Today I played a Timbr-Tronic equipped Nechville Midnight Phantom Acoustic Helimount banjo at a Church festival. After 3 - One hour sets, I was still fresh and my shoulder that sometimes acts up after a gig, seems fine. The Sassy- Grassy sound that that banjo put out did the job in complete comfort and had people dancing. Those of you reading this probably know Lee Kelso, He's my # 1 fan on the hangout. He would agree that when you take the Athenafied Timbre-Tronic whatchamacallit out especially in church, it adds a Glory beaming sparkle of joy to the music. Thank God for them little rolling balls, They make the "Music of the Spheres."
