It`s been awhile since I`ve posted a blog here. It`s been a busy time of year. This past weekend was the Victoria day long weekend, and I spent 4 glorious days at my cabin with friends and family. The wild life was abundant. I saw 2 turtles, 7 turkeys, 1 huge crane, more deer, ducks, n` geese than I could count, and a porqupine up in a tree! The festival season is a coming, and we are slated to play at 3 of them, in 3 different provinces, can`t wait. I have also been busy writing storys and interviews for The Manitoba Old Tyme Bluegrass Society magazine, "The Dill Pickle Rag". I have done 3 so far, and in the june edition, I did an interview with Dobro great Phil Leadbetter. Last months story was about Charlie Cushman. That`s the latest, time to practice!!
