Gold Rush

Posted by Lefty5string on Friday, February 16, 2007

Well, after going to my first bluegrass festival since moving to California, I found that one tune I definitely needed to learn was the Gold Rush. It was played at just about every jam and seems like a pretty popular tune down here. So i got out my dusty old Tony Trischka classic solos dvd and got started on Vic Jordan's arrangement. It came together a lot faster than i thought it would. after a week or so of working it into my routine, I have it just about up to speed. Pretty cool song. Knock another fiddle tune off my list!

I would really like to learn a good version of Goldrush, do you have a good tab of it??  If you would like to trade I may of some excellent tabs to barter with!  (Jimmy Martin tunes, scruggs, etc)
