How many banjo pickers does it take to eat a possum? Two. One to eat and one to watch for cars.

When I was a kid we use to go possum huntin' and we would have possum for supper at least 2 times a mo. made good eats. The fat would make a really good gravy. Ma, would always roast it for about three hours, and with taters and carrotts, it was really good......Back then we had to make the most of what we could hunt and kill, and grow. If ya never tried it don't knok it... It really was good.... tail and all..... no lie...we did it all the time....back then ya had to eat and feed the kids....
