My mother died.

Posted by Chuck Lee on Tuesday, March 10, 2009

It's been a tough February with my mother passing in her sleep on March 1st.  Leaving my father and a bunch of paperwork and finances to sort through as my mother did all of that.  I am telling this to let folks know that I have gotten behind on my email replies.  I will catch up as soon as I am able.  I am still spending a lot of time helping my father adjust.  Needless to say taking weeks off of work is making life extra exciting.

Sorry for the delay in my email.

Thanks,

Chuck Lee

Chuck,  My condolences to you and your family.  My wife lost her father in January, and we have been going through similar ordeal, I'm sure.

My condolences, Chuck. Mothers are so special in our lives and can never be replaced. Dwell on the peace and happiness she brought you and know that she is up there smiling, looking down on you.

Chuck, I don't know you, but please accept my heartfelt sympathy. Losing my mother is the hardest thing I have ever experienced, so I know what you are feeling and the profound effect this will have on your life. It is important for you to take care of  your father, but please remember to take care of yourself as best you can, too.
