... as in cold.
This is way too much cold for too long. I usually handle cold weather very well; I dress for it, I feel good out in it. But I have had enough, and I am ready for warmer weather, even if it means mud.
My banjo is finicky in this cold, as well. The house has cold spots and the banjo does not want to stay in tune. My joints ache; my fingers are sluggish and slow. My temper is short and my skin is cracking open. Enough.

Well, Joan, just hang in there. Global warming is coming any day now and that should warm you up quite nicely. Just think of it as living rustic and pretend you are a pioneer. Be happy you don't have to go to town in a wagon pulled by horses. Oh well, I guess I'm getting carried away. We should only have six more weeks of winter and then things should be good again. At least I'm told the ground hog saw his shadow.
Be happy. Pick anyway!

It has been a rugged winter. Global warming is already herea, however. The dispute is how much human activities contribute to it.
