Congratulations! Those first several months can be very frustrating. Once you get to the one year mark I'm sure you will have a lot less of those moments.

I'm willing to bet that you play better today that you did last week. And, I'm willing to bet that you will play better next week than you did today. Life is like that. Keep it up. You have all the magic you need in your own fingers! :-)

All Right!! That's what keeps you coming back... it feels so good when it all comes together and you are actually making music... you like it and the people who are within earshot like it... I mean, who doesn't like the banjo... well other than my youngest daughter... but I digress... When are you going to post some of your tunes?

That's great, you can look forward to more and more good days as you progress, pretty soon the bad days will be few and far between, keep it up.

Grace, That is great news. I am happy for you. Stay focused and keep that attitude in the right place. I have been happy with my playing too, so far so good. I now can play two songs after about four weeks of practice. Trust me I know what those bad days are and when you have good ones they do pick you up and make you feel great. We are so lucky to have great people to draw from on the BHO.
