I have started taking classes again the the Folk School. I am in Banjo II with the the amazing Dave Landreth (http://www.geocities.com/dave_landreth/). Hearing the other nbanjos in the room, particularly Dave's 12" Dobson with spunover rim makes me ache for my new Buckeye. I have to come to some conclusion on this inlay. Afetr months of questioning what I like and looks good and obsessing overy every stringed instrument I can find, I think I've got what I want. Unfortunately my my drawing skills are surpassed by my banjo playing skills. I can't translate my ideas to even my friend who was trying to help me.
I need an artist who, one won't charge me, and two can translate my rude sketch into the georgeous yet simple inlay ican almost see in my mind.

you should post a photo or description of your sketch and we could make it into a forum for everyone to draw an interpretation of your sketch and see if any of them match what you see in your mind.
