Actually, shoveling out the sawdust and scrap lumber.
Only took about an hour today, to put away or throw away enough stuff so that I could see about 130 sq. feet.
But that's less than a quarter of the entire floor.
Wish me luck.

Scrap wood? No such thing as "scrap".

Good time of year to do a little indoor house keeping. It always amazes me how much accumulates.

All of my treasures are safely stored in my basement....I really need to face the fact that those old collectibles need to go.

Why not make a banjo out of that scrap?

At 130ft2 being less than a 1/4 of the space I say you record some nice ambient banjo tracks down in that soon to be 520+ft2 space once you totally clear it out.
Or just start brewing beer or single malt scotch down there. Shyte...brew some 'shine!
Just goofing!
Eric.

It's a very long, narrow basement.
I'm thinking of puting in some long, narrow hydroponic tanks, and growing spaghetti.
