As far as I know you must create a brand new ad to bring it back to the top of the pile. That's what I and others usually do. It's messy and archaic but so is a lot of BHO's features. Another way is to make a post in the "Swap Shop: Buy, Sell, Trade" Forum when you create your Classified Ad linking to your ad and then create a new post each time in the forum to at least bring fresh attention to your ad within the Forum itself.

If your ad has expired, you can edit it and take it live again. That's the easy way to repost it.
But just editing an ad doesn't move it to the top of the pile. If it worked that way, everyone would just go in and edit their ad every day... which would be silly.
If you want your ad to show up as "newest", you have to post a new ad. :-)
