My favorite is blackberry, but I like raspberry just about as well.

I will always reach for strawberry or orange marmalade first. (my wife, cherry all the way) Brad

No real favorite*... we continually switch 'em up.
But more importantly, we tend to by-pass it if it comes in "skinny" jars.
When we test drove the snowbird lifestyle we both ree-wee, ree-wee liked the Ocoee Parking Lot Jam.
* jammed thumb probably my least favorite.

Bonne Maman Mixed Berries Preserves.
Though I think what's currently in the fridge is blackberry.

I grow tired of whatever flavor I buy long before the jar is empty.
I like anything done well and none that are too sweet.
All the berries (preserves rather than jelly) and look forward to any I haven't tried yet.
I guess I want a couple dozen choices in single serve containers that will keep for long periods of time.

The perfect combo for this topic - Trish Gagnon, a Chilliwack, BC native and bass player for John Reischman & The Jaybirds, has been in the organic jam business for a few years. I have yet to try her jams but will at the first opportunity.

Wild Kodiak Island Salmonberry. Spread lavishly on Sourdough toast.

My current favourite is blackcurrant! Our fruit bushes in the garden are overflowing so I’ve made jam and jelly for the first time in years. Bloody good it is too.

I have 3 big blueberry bushes that are nearing ripeness.
I prefer them as they are off the bush as a side-dish to toast, peanut butter sandwich or french toast or waffles.

I make this jam, which I call stralapeño. Always a little too light on the jalapeno, however. Plain strawberry is good, too.
I quit making peach jam.
I'd love to try some good huckleberry jam someday.
It's been years since I made tomato bacon jam. It was good.

I will be freezing my blues for adding to my Magic Bullet concoctions.
Jams don't get much fresher than that...and I'm very lazy.

For best jam maker, not my great aunt, not my grandmother, and not my MIL. It is the boutique jam maker (and much more) Christine Ferber, whose shop is in a village in Alsace. Bar none, end of discussion-the best…IMHO. Brad

I've been buying this off and on for the last year or two at a local grocery. Makes a nice snack with crackers, havarti cheese, and sopresatta. Tasty, with a bit of a kick. Divina, Peruvian Pepper Jam

Hey Randy, we are doing great. We moved to east Tennessee in 2017, got tired of oit and moved back to Florida (the Temple terrace part of Tampa) in March. The grand kids live in Lakeland so we wanted to be closer to them. Hope you all are doing OK.

My grandmother makes a blackberry jam with a good dash of red wine.

I'm a big fan of apricot jam. Gooseberry and Lingonberry jams are also delicious.

Remember when….1950s into 1960s. I remember mom would make grape jelly. She would buy a jug of Mogan David wine, cook the alcohol out of it and add some pectin, then pour into jelly jars and seal with wax. We thought we were so naughty eating it! :-). Brad
