As we aren't able to play in sessions at the moment I've been playing with video editing software to try to get a 'virtual' band together!

Very nice! I don’t know a lot about tenor banjo playing but mostly I’ve seen the picked with a flat pick - so I think your fingerpicking made sort of a nice, warmer sound

Hi Allan, nice job!
What software did you use? I've just done similar by adding audacity tracks to one video, but it looks weird cos you can only see one instrument! Lovely tune. Thanks for sharing.

What I've tried is Audacity to mix the audio into one WAV file. Then Kdenlive to mix the video. The audio associated with the video clips is muted and I add the combined audio. To shrink the video clips you just apply a transform effect then they can be dragged to the desired place/size Kdenlive is Linux only i believe.
In Scotland we're easing the lock-down quite gradually so I guess it'll be some time before we get to play live again :-(

Wow! I didn’t see a tuner on the side but it looks like you’ve got 5 on top!
