This past weekend I completed the first three (3) heads featuring a NEW STAIN & FINISH process.
They are offered for sale now in the classifieds - and available to ship immediately.
This new SIX-STEP stain & finish process is designed to enhance the color and improve stability. It requires an additional 48 hours of cure time and multiple extra operations.
I will offer this in the future at an up-charge. But these three (3) heads are available first-come-first-served at my standard stained 4-star cost. All I ask is for feedback re: how the heads look and perform for the purchaser.

Thanks Bill:
It is hard to see in the photos, but this finish really does enhance the contrast between colors and give the heads a much richer depth of appearance. I expect it will also make them more resistant to fluctuations from humidity.
I'm looking forward to feedback form folks who try them.
