Cats still looking good!  Their conference, the SEC, has looked pretty weak along with the Big 12, while the ACC has had an incredible run (11-1).  Big Ten still fairly good with too teams in, although Wisconsin didn't play particularly well.

Girls give one away yesterday... I agree, wasn't too impressed with some of the other games... But the "Kentucky influence" sure has helped Gonzaga...

Hayee, I see that there is another team in Kansas!! Couple weeks ago Kansas coach said "there would be no benefit to their program by scheduling and playing Wichata" Truer words were never spoken!! Har, Har, tee hee..............

that is why the Cats schedule big  games  outside the conference, Kansas,Louisville,Texas ,North Carolina, we don't care about ranking just getting experience  for the big dance  , winning  the last game is what its about.

Yeah - you have to give them credit for playing some tough out-of- conference teams during the regular season.   It is going to be interesting to see how they handle the pressure of a close game the next couple of weeks. Anything but a national championship will be a disappointment - ask Wichita State

it is no secret how to beat them, score more points ,or not let the Cats score any. so far that has not been done .so ESPN  is full of .......it  that is why Cal is coach and they are watchers.

Well they saw a good example of defense... "We're going to beat Ky with our press and out muscle them".... Whooooooops, Easy to say when you never play anyone that plays defense in return..

Anybody notice the touchy, touchy refs were back? At least they were consistent, wouldn't let either team play ball...

I hate when the refs interfere too much. This is the NCAA...let them play and just call the obvious. I think they are focused enough so as to not get overconfident and set themselves up for a loss....nobody is going to beat this fantastic team.

Whew... Credit to Notre Dame.. They played a great strategy game, controlled tempo and spacing. They looked like a far better team than anyone thought.. did make Ky look young at times... But Ky did hold their poise and came out on top... Good test, valuable game..
