This week's tune is "'Til the End of the World Rolls Around", a wonderful little tune composed by Newton Thomas that Flatt & Scruggs brought into popularity.
In poking around trying to find out when this was released, I found this review from page 37 of a 1954 Billboard newsletter: "This pledge of everlasting love is chanted amiably by Flatt and Scruggs. Beat is brisk and happy. Enjoyable wax. Could pull a juke coin."
As far as I can tell this was first released by Flatt & Scruggs on a 45 from Columbia in 1954.
Typically played in C, C#, or D. (Flatt and Scruggs recorded it in C#, Earl recorded it with Ricky Skaggs in D, and IIIrd Tyme Out and others play it in C.)

Hi Eric,
I've only paper tabbed this fun song for teaching. Maybe I'll put it into Tabledit and put in that neat little bend that Earl plays...Jack p.s. Casey plays it great and accurately, she just leaves out that little bend thingypps. Four Wheel Drive pops in that little bend...ha fun!

I just finished putting this into Tabledit 20 minutes ago and sent it to Eric to post in the TOTW...Then I posted it in the tab archives and Mick G. beat me to it by a nat's eyelash...
There are now, two similar, but good, accurate versions to add to his bounty...Jack p.s. what is most amazing to me that before Mick and I tackled this song, there were no accurate versions that I know of, in tab before today...j.
