I When I first started listening to sound posts I came across Jim Reed. Wow!
I went to his home page and listened to all his songs. He played this song " Hard Times" So did Ralph Stanley!
I had to learn it! It is not just like he played it but my version! This sound off post gives me inspiration to learn and try new songs !
There are so many good players with their own versions of songs! Thanks to all you banjo players!!

Very fine. That skin head has a lot of richness and depth. So nice to hear the sound of the banjo played solo.

Fine job indeed. Jim is an amazing banjo picker and you have laid down a very good version to sit right beside his and he loves to hear those done by other members. Great job.
