Rob Bishline doesn't build full length fifth string banjos (unless you request it as a custom), What you are seeing in the video is a "tunneled fifth string" neck. The fifth string disappears at the fifth fret runs under the fingerboard and comes up (under the nut) at the peg head above the nut.

That 5th string peg in the headstock has been around for years. I believe the Brits have been using it as well as here in this Country for a long time. It never caught on design wise I guess...Jack

Just as a comment, Tom Nechville builds the full-length 5th string capo. I have had two necks converted by him and it is the greatest improvement in the world of banjo playing. Takes minimum space, doesn''t get in the way of your thumb, and doesn't require any re-tuning of the 5rth string like the spikes do.

Wooops, my bad. this is a $10,000.00 banjo. I didn't see the extra 9. thought I was crazy.. love the banjo but can't afford it

I think Cliff Fitch also did a full length fifth string banjo as well.

I'm sorry Andy and Rob, that's definately out of my price range as well. I love the way it looks and sounds, but no can do for that price point.

A lot of what raises the price on banjos is cosmetics and finish work (especially hand-work) that don't affect the sound all that much. Check out other Bishline models and compare the parts that have the biggest affect on sound. My Bishline Heirloom sounds fantastic when set up right (as most any banjo with quality parts will). If the looks really matter, well, nothing wrong with that. You jut gotta be prepared to pony up. 
Personally, I think I got a fantastic looking banjo as well as a great-sounding banjo from Rob, and it was a lot less than $10K.

I wanted to let everyone know that I just added the TAB and an MP3 of that version to my homepage .
Wes Brown took the Tab I had sent him and put it into Tabledit and banjotom added the back up . Eddie Collins wanted to add the TAB to a feature
that will be in the Banjo newsletter in the next few months and wanted me to play it on MP3 I updated the version a bit from the last one .
The C-5 is an expensive banjo for sure but a lot of that is from the research and work on the carbon fiber and also all the abalone trim that took me hours to do . I will always try and build banjos that will fill
different tastes and budgets ..... every once in a while I just have to build something different .

it's got to take a lot of time to cut out all that carbon fiber and Abelone come from and animal(snail) so it should be expensive. Rob's got a lot of other good options though.

That CF-5 on the YouTube video is probably one of the finest sounding banjos I have ever heard (and it doesn't look half-bad either!)
When I get that extra 10K, my first stop is gonna be a visit to Rob's shop!
