Looks like Aspergillis (fungus) to me. Quite a crop!
Aspergillosis is a fatal lung infection in fowl/chickens.
Not something to snort up your own beak, either.

If I may..... add my 2 cents.... my gran told me once that I should never use a wooden cuttin board. She said it hoards bacteria that you cannot get out. I use a glass one. It cleans up easily- I usually put it in the dishwasher. Just sayin'. And yes- it looks green. And no- I wouldn't eat it. :)

At least you know what that bread is doing. We have a loaf of store-bought sandwich bread that is in the kitchen, and is 6 months old and there is no sign of fuzz or green, etc. What is in that stuff nowadays for preservatives. Doesn't matter, though, I ain't eating it.
