There maybe a thread but would be quicker for someone to direct me for any information regarding the 2-finger style of playing.
Thanks in advance guys

Her are a couple of earlier discussions about two-finger.
You can make an own search. Just write twofinger, thumb lead and index lead in the search box (the upper right corner and you can get tons of material.

I've recently begun a blog dedicated to the 2 finger "thumb-lead" style of banjo picking which includes a brief tutorial, some audio/video examples, and a growing number of tabs which I've arranged. I'm trying to post at least one every week, so check back often. I'm also working on a few more speed-building and dexterity exercises which I'll be posting soon.
The blog was discussed a bit in the first link of the list posted by Janolov.

How about index lead two-finger? Anyone doing that? Chip Arnold does any finger lead so he does not count.

Don't listen to that Buckingham feller, he don't know hardly nuthin'!
Stu, if you go to my hangout music page you can listen to a bunch of 2-finger stuff. The first thing on there is an audio explanation of what I'm doing.
