what I did (and it worked) was simply go into my profile then hit the submit button (or what ever it is called) at the bottom. verify message went away.

Hello campers, my problem still exists. I've done all the logical steps. I cannot go to my profile as I cannot access "My Homepage" I'm not the only one with bugs. I guess it's time to contact Eric.
