I wanted to save the family from listening to my first attempts at practicing my banjo and thought a mute might help.
Service was excellent, purchased online whilst in Toronto, was emailed saying it would arrive within 2 weeks of order; it arrived in the UK within 1 week.
Fitting is simple, and it works. It does seem to affect the tuning of the banjo either.
