Arrived 3 days after ordering. Emailed one question to Mike, was answered the same day - excellent service all around.
The mute is very easy to install and remove, and greatly reduces the volume with no buzzing.
The only caveat I can see is that this mute may not fit a "continuous foot bridge", such as a Fielding. Other than that, this mute is well worth the money.
