I am a raw beginner on the banjo and am enjoying the learning process. However, I have been very concerned about how the whole house rings with my attempts to learn the banjo, to the point where I am hesitant to practice. I recently purchased Mike's Banjo Mute to address this situation. The process of buying was easy and personal. After completing the order, I received an email telling me that the item will be shipped the next day and when I should receive it. The shipping was prompt as expected. I found that it was very easy to "install." Loosen the screws, slip the mute over the bridge, lightly tighten the screws. done! The sound is dramatically subdued but it still sounds great. I am able to practice in the evening now knowing that I am not disturbing anyone else. A relief to me and my family.
I have not tried any other mute, but I am very satisfied with this one. Thank you Mike!
