simply put - this thing works. I can play at 5:00 in the morning without waking everyone up. And the tone, although different, is real good. Easy to put on and off and very fast shipping. Well made also.

I purchased a Gibson copy that Clancy put together with a neck he made and it is a great banjo. The sound and playability is real nice. Workmanship top-notch. Personally, one of the prettiest banjos I've ever seen. I then sent Clancy my older banjo for some neck work. He fixed it perfectly (and the repair was no easy thing). On top of this, he had my banjo about 4 days and shipped it back, All at a very fair price. Thanks again Clancy, pleasure doing business with you!
