I have been taking banjo lessons from Victor for over two years. He is patient and kind, and tremendously talented and knowledgeable. I had never even picked up a guitar before, let along a 5 string, left-handed banjo. (The sum total of my musical experience was grade-school clarinet!) But Victor has brought me a long way, both in terms of skill and learning, and also in terms of confidence. Victor has a very calm and down-to-earth style, which I greatly appreciate. On top of being a great teacher, his lessons are really affordable. I really look forward to my "happy time" every week -- playing the banjo with Victor.
