I had a lawyer tell me to drink out of a whisky bottle in front of the cops when they pull you over,, then they supposedly can’t prove you were over/uber the limit when driving. This guy could’ve walked into the police stn. and done the same.
Drunk people can do some of the dumbest things... :0/

Too lazy to "look it up" at the moment, but I think "having care and control" of a vehicle could come into play. I can't see after all this time there'd be many loopholes (?) left.
