Yeah Zoom is off and on....now it's on. But I'm still gettijng as many people leaving me for BHO for free tabs--Can't blame them I guess.....I'll be back for the holidays for sure....Jack

Seems to me these are people who just want to learn songs.
I'd say focus on things like technique, form, theory, styles of play and correction of mistakes: what they can't get from tab.
I'm not a teacher, so I may not know what I'm talking about. But my one criticism of my otherwise excellent experience at this year's Blue Ridge Banjo Camp is too many of our class sessions were spent on tunes. I would have much preferred to work on technique or concepts to apply to my playing.
