C'mon Chuck, you know your sus chord from you diminished. I know you're hip to the ree-bop. (I know you savvy)
Update
He finds out the difference between a backup generator and a portable generator. ( not tellin')
Talking with my retired electrician friend. I asked where's the old guy with the long white beard that knows everything about generators? He tells me they all died. So, as my old job was designing electronic stuff, I took it upon myself to educate myself. (edify?) 15000 watt portable generator. Runs but not producing power continuously. Isolated the problem to the voltage regulator. (There's typically no return on electronic items) 50 bucks for a regulator. 50 dollar gamble. ( Half a tank of gas) installed new part. Adjusted the output voltage. So far, it's working fine. Knock wood! Now, I gotta grow a beard.

Each portable generator is different and should state it somewhere.
I truly appreciate your concern for my safety. But where were you when I was setting the no-load voltage and frequency?
