Great stuff. I wonder, though, how much the tone ring and setup have to do with separation of notes. I get that the lighter stroke of the fingers and thumb means the sustain is diminished due to lower volume, but at high speeds I have wonder if there’s something more going on,,, think of JD playing “Big Country”. To me this has great note separation.
