Does anyone know if custom inlay is still operating? I bought a 50 dollar truss rod cover off them a month ago and haven't received it or any updates on it. I called them and it goes to voicemail and they have not called back.
I've noticed in the past that they are not good at communication. I haven't tried to deal with them lately.
