Al - If you are referring to picks and I assume you are, Sammie Shelor picks are stiffer, and I think a bit longer bladed as well. I play them and believe, without actually measuring them, that they are longer. Stainless steel makes them stiffer than nickel as well. Just saw in another post that they are available again at Sammie's website if you want to give them a go. Kind of expensive but not going to wear out.
