Sounds good. Any way you want to play these is fine.

Would like to have seen your right hand to see if you're playing with a pick (which it sounds like), three-finger, two-finger, something made-up. Can't really commne further without knowing that.

My Celtic-Americana band (which played it last when the pandemic closed the bars) did Drowsy Maggie and sometimes Wild Colonial Boy.

Here are my original three-finger arrangements of three tunes we did as a set.

Different players have different approaches. No surprise there. I tend to work on a tune until I master it. I will not try to juggle learning multiple tunes simultaneously. Naturally, I recommend that approach. Pick your favorite uncertain tune and learn it all the way through until you can play it at speed all the way through without hesitation. Then, and only then, start in on mastering your next one. This has worked for me. It should for you. It’s important to keep after it.
