Hi

I'm working on learning "As The Crowe Flies" from Scott Vestal's "Bluegrass 2000" album, by ear using Amazing Slowdowner. No problem with the first break as it's quite clearly distinct from the accompanying instruments and I've pretty well got that down, but the second banjo break is much less easy to isolate and I'm having difficulty hearing what Scott is doing. I suspect that my hearing impairment may be playing a part here. Has anyone else attempted this tune? Any pointers to the second (final) break would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Update

I'm getting there with the second break. For some reason I find the dobro accompaniment gets in the way of the banjo part. Whether it's an unfortunate choice of mix by the recording engineer or my (failing) hearing, I don't know. As the recording quality of all the other Vestal and friends 'Bluegrass XXX' series is excellent, I suspect it must be me. Another few hours' with Amazing Slowdowner and I'll have got it.

Thank you for that, it's certainly clearer! I'm nearly there.
