I had a trophy shop (now closed) in town make me 20 of these little tags a while back for around $9 each a couple of years ago.  Now that I am about to run out, I am not able to find a source locally or on line that can make this size (3/4" x 1.5") tag for under $18 each, which seems unreasonably expensive.

Anyone who uses tags like these have a good source they could pass along?

Thanks,

David

I've considered ordering them on Amazon before. They offer several vendors, materials and custom engraving.

pet supply places sometimes have brass tags like that, where you put your contact info and rivet it into a collar.

I did look there and other vendors online, but the size is either not available or more than $15 each.

I have been considering switching to a bone shaped tag, perhaps this is the sign I've been looking for...

I make my own from brass strips from the hobby shop and getting them engraved. Took the first couple to one of those shoe repair/key cutting/engraving shops at the shopping mall, but now have a friend with an engraver. Pretty easy and cheap way to do it.

Send me a DM. I have a laser engraver and should be able to recreate those or another shape if you'd rather
